Facing the Truth

Life, A do-it yourself chore, Expectations to be met, Responsibilities to be achieved, So what’s the purpose? We’re all tulips, Waiting to bloom, To find the true meaning of ourselves, To understand the point, To do what is to be done, To fight the battle, To overcome, Never give in, Never give out, Express fondness to be alive, To feel the air fill your lungs, To comprehend the true meaning of life itself.
