Facing your fears

When it comes to being afraid, its all in your head. Whether its insects, rodents, heights or even people. All of it is in your head. Only person who can actually face your fears is you. I used to be so scared of snakes. Then one day at school I seen everyone holding one and I assumed if everyone else can hold it. It can’t be that bad. fearbis something that you let get over you. Its all a mind thing. Once you let it get away from your thoughts. your fears are gone.
