Fading
Running fades the images inside my head.
Running fades the sounds around me.
Running fades heartache.
Running fades my problems.
I run, away from it all.
Running fades the doubts people have on me.
Running fades my troubles.
Running fades the voices of those who tell me I'm ugly.
Running fades my voice.
I keep running, hoping to find the finish line.
Running fades the end and brings a beginning.
I run to tomorrow and run from today and yesturday.
