Failure

You're suffocating me.

When I close my eyes I feel you breathing down my neck, my personal space corrupted by your presence.

It's like you are physically here, but so invisible the only thing that shows from you is the radiating annoyance of your being.

Am I to harsh? No.

I am overworked by your constant nagging and everything I do is not good enough for you.

My best may be my all, but my all does not complete your happiness. Nor does it complete mine.

I thought maybe I could earn respect, but with the way i have tried to earn it comes with illness of deep sorrow and loss.

I have broken off a huge part of me to please you, but i know now that it can't be done.

It pains me, but I had to learn the hard way. That I need you, even thought you are unwanted.

Because with you I grow, I grow with knowledge and lessons learned.

This is such a bitter-sweet relationship.
