Failure

Tasting defeat yet again swallowing my confidence whole Drive is getting waned And my fire is getting cold Fighting losing battles is deterring With my inner self is left exposed Making my intellect withering And My brain chastened Did I make the right choice Did I take the right way Or did I lead myself astray Drinking my problems away Can help me avoid it But it won't stop coming back anyday Nor can it stop from falling into a dark pit They say we all make mistakes Because we're all human But No matter what path I take I can't straighten my thoughts through the confusion
