Fairy Dancing

Dewdrops danced on the blades of grass as if little sparkling fairies do in the warm, summer, evening sky

As light hits diamond stones, the dewdrops glisten on the green backdrop so effortlessly

Each sparkling brightly as if to outdo each other

As delicate as a flower petal, these drops showed the fierce and vast ocean held within them

As powerful as warriors, these drops stand together to blanket the earth with their magical beauty

They don’t have a care in the world, they stand freely with nothing weighing them down

I envy dewdrops, I envy their endless beauty that is so simple yet so complex and full

They shine so brilliantly even if they are nothing in this world

I envy that confidence they have
