Faith in Life

I stretch to the sky and i smile

And i look back

Calling my memories of life

Realizing how much time has passed

But in the same moment i look forward

And fall to the ground in glee

Alone and content in a bed of green

For i know

fate has promised me well

For i know

if you romanticize life,

the selfish world melts away

and romanticizes you right back.

Life is your canvas

Paint it pretty

Paint it slow

Most of all

Make a mess.
