Fake Flowers

I hate fake flowers

They are deceitful liars

They don't give off oxygen

Or sway in the breeze

They smell like cheap plastic

And while they never wither and die

They never grow

And they never drop seeds

And they will never see their children bloom

I am glad because I hate fake flowers
