The fallback kid

I'm here to mend

I'm here to lend

I'm the fallback friend

I'll hand you a tissue

Whenever there is an issue

When you need me just look over your shoulder

I will be your boulder

I will always have your back

I'm not extraordinary

I'm not ordinary

I'm not the ideal but I do understand what you feel

I may not fit the persona

But I'm gonna be there for you

you can leave me out

but don't ever doubt

I will always be there for you

I will be your fallback friend till the end

You may not give me the invite

But I'll try my best not to act in spite

I hope you see the person I am

I Just sometimes I close up like a clam

I am no pagent queen

I will try not to be mean

I am someone to fall back on

I want to be a fresh breath of air

I will never make you glare

I will stand by yourside

And never loose stride

You may not see me or realize I'm there

But you will when you need air

You can always call when you need too

So that your cheeks don't turn blue

My friend I will be here for you

I will help you up when you skid

I am the fallback kid
