Fallen Angel

I am a fallen angel,

Darkness is my garment,

And fury is my weapon.

I was once wreathed in light,

And I did the bidding of my master.

He sent me out on missions,

But one day I came back different

And the feeling only grew.

It became this infinite pain,

It opened this hole in my chest,

It caused me to fall from my position.

Now I’m a fallen angel,

Darkness is my garment,

And fury is my weapon.

I wander the Earth alone,

Searching for help,

I’ve called upon my master,

But His silence speaks volumes.

I’m lost inside the dark,

This brokenness takes my heart.

I am a fallen angel,

Darkness is my garment,

And fury is my weapon.

I am a high school student at a small school, I've been through a lot so far throughout my life, but there are three things that I normally write about: I write about the depression that I battle every day and often lose to, and I write about the two women that I've fallen in love with, both of which left, and I'm never going to see either one again. If you like my writings, please e-mail me at [email protected]. It helps to know when people enjoy or relate to the things that I write.
