Fallen Stars

Bright blue stars luminesce through your skin

and dot flesh. Across your lips

down your hips it carves a shining current

I try to navigate, stumbling instead onto

awe inspired sights unexpected -

cosmos come to rest inside

flesh and bones, a black hole heart

pumping more stardust than blood inside your chest

secrets of space barely containing in your

form bound to earth, even then not for long-

supernova eyes expand distort explode

entire universes swept along

the force of you as I erode
