Falling apart

Like a piece of paper that was torn to pieces

I cannot even see the lines

They are too blurred out

My eyes cannot recognize

The pure emptiness inside

The whole hearted lies

Telling me I should stay together

Because they all need me

But who’s there for me

When I’m falling apart

Knees to the floor

Asking god to not give me more

Because I don’t know what else I can handle

I’ve had all I can take

I just need a break

Take all the pressure away

Take all the pain

And heart ache

The never ending questions

and give me sight to see

Because I need to know

If what I’m doing is right

And these thoughts that run like a marathon

Have me falling apart

getting no sleep

No where to run

No where to go

They say keep going

But I just want to fall apart
