Falling into Feeling

Everyone's in motion

What's the commotion

I shop to avoid my emotions

I could use a companion

Friendship, what an interesting notion

It's like they all say

Feelings get in the way

Soon as I feel I run away

To a place where I can pay

 to keep feelings at bay

Sure, feelings sting,

But don't be me, always buying

Trying trying trying

To forget my feelings

'Cos in the end, things are just things

Only love can make you sing
