Falling For You

Before I go to sleep at night,

You are the last thing that I think about.

When I wake up,

You are the first thing on my mind.

When I wake up,

I wish you were there right next to me.

So I can hold you and kiss you,

Then look you in the eyes and tell you how much you mean to me.

We both know love can be painful,

And that nothing hurts more than heartbreak.

But, love can also be happiness,

And that is all I want to give to you.

I may not be a super model or even have the best job,

But I do have the biggest heart you will ever find.

There would not be a day you that you would ever feel alone,

Because I will be there for you all the way until the very end of time.

It is hard for me to tell you how I feel,

Because I am scared you do not feel it too…

Truth is, you make me feel special…important…wanted…

And that is something I thought I would never feel again.

You reach a certain point in your life where you begin to wonder…

“Where exactly do I go from here?”

I may not know what my future holds, but I know what I want,

I want you to be my happy ever after.

I know that this seems scary,

But there is no other girl that makes me feel the way you do.

From my lowest of lows, to my highest of highs,

All I need in this world to be happy is you.

Our personalities might not be the same,

But that’s perfectly okay with me.

To me, our differences are what brings us closer and closer together…

Causing me to fall for you that much more.

So, if today were to be my last day,
