Falsehoods

I told you I was happy

I said I’d be okay

Thought recovery would be snappy

But really Im gray

Will I be cold now

Will I be left alone

Maybe it’s needed

Maybe it’s decided

It’s time I face my moment of truth

And I promise I’ll be good

In time It will soothe

Or is It just falsehood
