Familiar Places

Anger consumes me.
Loss embraces me.
A familiar place, I have been here before.
It almost feels like home.
How nice to have arrived back here in such a timely manner.
You however were the last person I ever thought would lead me here.
I have fallen apart.
Come unglued.
Unhinged.
I let the darkness surround me.
I give in slowly but surely.
The same feeling i have felt before.
The countless times I have been here.
The countless times I have left here in better hopes.
In hopes that something out there, something better lays before me, hidden unseen, waiting for me to discover it.
I was wrong each and every time.
Just fall back.
Lay here forever.
Don't leave the comfort of disappointment.
At least now I know whats coming next.
I am fully aware.
No more worrying about what to say, how to say it, will i be accepted, will they understand me.
No, none of that anymore.
Its done.
I'm done.
