Family

You married him

because he loved you

You raised kids

because he loved you

You hid the tears

because he loved you

You fought the pain

because he loved you

You stayed

because he loved you

He would never do it again.

He’d never go near the kids.

You left

because he hurt us

You found someone new

because he was gone

You’re a new person

because you found him

You’re stronger

because he’s here

We’re happy

Because now we’re a family
