Family

Sometimes I can't stand my family

I get put in the middle, I'm never happy

Then they fight over petty stuff

But when we talk about it, it's not enough

How will we make it together,

If all of the fights last forever.

She points out the flaws

He brings out the claws

How will either of them live in harmony?

When they both wish harm to each other

Does she not think before she says?

Because all of her words are filled with hate.

Both of them need to calm down

Please, don't make a sound.

Not only do they hurt one another,

But they hurt their daughter.

My mind spins their words

To make it feel like to me their towards.

Am I the cause of the fighting?

What if I worked and fixed more,

Would their relationship stop being so poor?

I just want them both to enjoy life,

What can I do to get rid of the strife?

Did I do something to cause issues?

Did I make you mad, or disappoint you?

I will try harder to help them both,

Maybe once I improve, they will cease to lothe

Each other.

Is it my family that can't stand me?
