Family Changes

All seems perfect, too good to be true,

Until one day everything falls through.

Nothing is ever the same,

As everything I once knew says adieu.

Despite all the changes,

Between the fears and tears,

In the horizon I see the clear.

Yes, I have hidden the tears and cried myself to sleep,

To those around me I have never said a peep.

But I wonder and questionwhy all this is occuring,

As everyone says that with time things gets better.

However it seems like the world ignores me,

And at times I just want to flee.

But Ill do my best to face these challenges with glee,

As my life keeps going,

Without any signs of ever slowing.
