Family Strong
Young and in love
They said “I do”
And built their home
On a foundation that grew.
A few years later,
An addition to the family came.
A bouncing baby boy
And they called him by name.
But one was not enough
And two was still missing a piece.
Twas three little boys to bring love,
A love that would never cease.
The children are now grown
And it is time for the family to part
As they leave one by one
They take a piece of their mother’s heart.
But do not feel despair,
For this family is strong
With outreaching arms
The children know where they will always belong
Though now the children have moved on with lives of their own
It is not the end of this family’s fairy tale
For the father and mother have a love,
A love that continues and will never fail.
