The Family Structure

Here follow some verses upon the family structure, in the future.

In these houses where memories will live on I will still remember all the lively conversations that will be gone Different places my family will be Either at college, taking care of kids, or retired

Oh, yes, I might have family gatherings now But I slowly start to see kin passing by as they allow Some are here, some are other places What their missing is what they don't know...yet.

What happens when we take our own paths in life? Will you still remember who gave you happiness or strife? Better yet will they remember or miss YOU? For me, I cherish the time I have with my family

Even if they don't remember or miss me I will always love them even if they don't see The true feelings I have for my family In the past AND in the future

Some of my earliest memories were ones of laughter But only with certain people who is me they look after In the next ten years this scenario might not be the same But the memories will always live on...
