THE FANTASIES OF MEN

THE FANTASIES OF MEN When will it all end? The fantasies of men Maybe in the future when We’ll have to start again School boys making bombs A race for nuclear arms And in some far off land They killed a man who took a stand Those who live for greed and war Will always just want more and more See what they really have in store The rich get rich The poor get poor When will it all end? The fantasies of men Maybe in the future when We’ll have to start again Men hijacking planes While barons make their claims To fortunes and to fame Have they all gone insane? When will it all end? The fantasies of men Maybe in the future when We’ll have to start again And politicians say That their’s is the best way But we’ll all have to pay If we do not act today When will it all end? The fantasies of men Maybe in the future when We’ll have to start again When will we ban together? When will we ever , ever? Maybe ,never, never will we learn to live together When will it all end? The fantasies of men Maybe in the future when We’ll have to start again Go on march-ing like sheep Awake or just asleep Or one day will we weep from the joy way down deep that peace is what we’ll keep As we sow Shall we reep When will it all end? The fantasies of men Maybe in the future when We’ll have to start again
