Far Beyond

I know of a country, Rich in talents, Gold and pearl, kobo and cowries, Beads and parchments, and costly apparels. When man eats And man excretes, the ritual symbolises, From dust to dust. The mole of earth, Which formed the man, For country of entities, Must homeward return, To this land of antiquities. Some go there , At youthful age, Others get there, At ripe old age, It knows neither elders, Nor strenght of youth, Undertakers nor by-standers Before its mouth, All creature is meal, Humble and leal, endind their earthly rave, In the belly of the grave.

Rich imageries! A great fusion of eulogy and emotion!
