Farewell
The roads have ended,
And hope seems lost.
Why'd you have to leave me here?
Why didn't you even leave a goodbye?
Farewell,
Farewell to you, my friend.
It's hard to say goodbye when this feels like the beginning,
Like a loss hits you hard when you are finally winning,
And it's so hard to get better when you just keep sinning.
So now I'm trying to find someone to fill in the hole in my heart,
But the truth is that no one wants a person that is covered in scars,
So I say farewell to you while I slowly fall apart.
The paths are found,
And my hope is renewed.
When will you come back into my life?
When will I finally get over the loss I faced?
Farewell,
Farewell to you, my friend.
