Fast life

moving to fast living the fast life

not putting god first was my biggest mistake

ran away at 15 not knowing what life would bring

complaining so much I felt selfish

not knowing that my time I needed to cherish

laying my head wherever I could

back at home was where I stood

thinking to myself damn what a childhood

standing there nervous not knowing

what will be my next move

I know you remember that I didn't grow up

on a silver spoon

going back to my old life is not in my plans

walking in the wrong direction but

god grabbed my hands

he had me covered all these years

he took away my pain and my fears

no more stressing, dry up the tears

stay patient baby girl your time is near
