Fat

The weight of all tramas,

The heaviness in the spirit.

Thousands of calories crammed down the throat of attempted suiced.

The mass of sexual assault clouding over head.

All of these cause obesity.

No one cares.

Physical images.

Society's beauty standards.

Thin waist,

Big butt,

Large breasts,

You don't have those you are too fat or to thin,

No cares about the mental health of the people who are obess.

The ones who struggle everyday with self image.

People say now that fat is beautiful

Nobody asks why.

What happened?

How can I help?

As a big woman you either get degraded or uplifted for the health problems in your body and mind.

The tons of fat on the hearts killing everyday.

What’s worse?

Death by sucide.

Cutting her cellulite filled arms and legs

Draining the blood filled self hatred and regret.

Fat is not beautiful.

Fat is not a fetish.

Fat is not wanted.

It is a killer,

It is heavy,

It is broken.

People are beautiful.

Self confidence is beautiful.

Love is beautiful.

Uplift women being confident in who they are

Look at us through our soul not our body

People look past mental tramas everyday

Why not look past the outer shell too.

Stop praising obesity

Stop degrading obesity

Stop looking at the fat

Look at the heart

The mind and the soul.

Beauty is the within.

Being over weight is only half the problem.
