Fatal Love (The Dark Side)
Love finds two people and starts its raft.
Twisting and manipulating getting a good laugh.
Everything starts out all simple and bliss.
Nights ending with a smile and goodbyes a kiss.
You say I Love You and that you mean it,
And say you will never hurt them and they can believe it.
For the next couple of time frames everything seems swell,
But soon argument after argument turns to hell.
Both Persons are right,
But no one wants to give up their side of the fight.
Tears flood the fabric as they shed
And throbbing headaches now regulate the head.
There was once a bright red light that the heart lived on
But since the love is on low that light is light is now once upon.
Neither person wants to give up nor leave
And neither person wants to roll up their sleeve.
Words that should never be said are now air borne
And as an effect hearts are torn.
Both are on the edge ready to jump off.
Neither jumps because they know the landing at the bottom is not soft.
Is love really worth it if it makes you lose your sanity?
Or is it the drive of love that adds stability to your humanity?
Do you dare give up all of the things you come to know?
In hopes that the love with work or fast or slow.
The truth is though love never dies.
It is deep down inside and waits and hides.
It is revealed to people when it is truly discovered.
And if that couple jump off the cliff, they will now hover.
