Fate

This is the time in my life where I wonder what I could have done differently,

 to change my path, my future.

All the choices I made and things I had said,

has lead me to where I am right now in this moment.

And as I lie in my bed, listening to the whistling wind

through my slightly cracked window,

during this cool fall night,

 I think about everything that could have went right.

What went wrong;

Was is Him or was it me?

 I guess in reality it was both of us,

 and in the end it was fate for this to happen.
