Father

Dearest Father of mine
If Father is the right term
I have never met you, Father
Is this what family means to you?

In that cold heart of thine
I hope the thought makes you squirm
For I am filled with rage and anger
At a Father who has no virtue

Left, o Father of mine
When my Mother did confirm
To you, nothing but a cheater
In her belly, a surprise, I grew

Though the thought is divine
Of a Father that's fullterm
Rather than a womanizer
No longer do I need a tissue

But Father, I won't whine
Although I must be firm
I grew up fine sans you, Father
Wanting you is something I outgrew
