Father

Man that was strong

And never wrong

Taught me to love

And not to shove

Told me to smile

Once in awhile

Taught me to trust

Even if it can rust

Told me i was smart

Its okay to make a chart

Taught me to tell the truth

It will help our youth

Told me to protect myself

Even from myself

Man that didn't live long

Still was never wrong
