Father Than Dreams

Because when I say the things I say When my eyes look away I’m missing you and wishing you were here I follow the path and lose track of time The moments are passing by Looking for the next right Staring at the sky so many figures bolded out Sitting in the wet grass Waiting for my heart to beat Smelling that smell that’s so sweet Think about the memories Holding on so tight Breathing so deeply Not wanting to fight And all I seem to do is wonder Farther than dreams will ever take me
