A Father's Angst
A time once upon
In a land before dawn
Cometh a boy
Who walks without ploy
A boy with out age
A girl with out rage
A mite with out trust
A man with out touch
Here in the tale
The truth shall unveil
That a man with a hook
Was simply mistook
A boy was once lost
By a man with great cost
That a child worth much coin
Was of a man's own loin
A boy was in danger, that of his own
From a poison he must fully let lone
It was left to a man to save a child
Who plunged his life in a danger not mild
But in the end
The man would not win
For his son, there was no hope
He was lost in a coma,
Induced by dope.
