A Father's Love

A father’s love The love he had for the four children that came to be A dream come true, as a father, he left his legacy Once tough, now gentle and humble he came to be Always with words of guidance and a different perspective for you to see His words were kind and tranquil, like the calm after a storm on the sea no problem was too big to grasp with his warrior hands Always able to battle the fears of his children, his biggest fans As his youth drifted away, a father’s love matured into a grandfather’s way With a weak heart full of love, his family was first and no one was above “Keep the peace within your siblings” was his last request to his youngest daughter For the father knew that soon he would be gone and she would be full of deep sorrow “Se feliz y disfuta a ellos que amas porque la vida no espera a nadie y es mejor reir en vida que llorarle cuando agan falta” Words of power, actions of peace, a father’s love was a life line, one that would too soon deplete His energy is present though he is physically not, his love is forever, and forget him his children will not.
