The Fathers Love
A thousand times I've said, a thousand times I say it again.
"I love you, I love you!"
But still, you don't understand.
You are everything to me. But who am I to you?
You're worth more than gold to me. But what am I worth to you?
I think of only you. But you think of, the selfish deeds of man.
And you say, "Who is worth my love to give?"
And I still say, "I love you, I love you, and I will as long as I live!"
