The Favorite

i can already see a crown on her head

everyone loves her

even that physics teacher who hates everyone

gives her a smile when she walks in

i sit at the back of the class

and hate her

because she doesn't need love oh no

what she needs is a wake up call

not everyone bows at her feet

or whispers praises in her ear

i refuse to fall for it

lies lies lies

she is all lies

i know it

i can feel it.
