Fear

You speak words like knives That dig into flesh with a piercing sting You walk like nightfall Drowning innocence in darkness You spear souls to see them bleed Your eyes, beautiful and blue But opposite of innocent, Every glance, a dagger to the heart Every breath chills the universe One exhale burns gashes in the moon Your touch, Ice cold, whispers shivers running wild down your spine Your presence looms Dark, black, stabbing emotions Making you run with the sun Which so willingly, burns you So complex and impossible to overcome You are Fear
