fear
though humanity is limitless
thy limits do exist
to individuals
facades can seem as real as human bliss
for bliss is for us all
and fear is but a curse
anxiety is crippling,
a disease that covers earth
for fear runs through the streets
that line throughout our minds
the streetlights are our hope
that dim when we give to the night
for fear is the root of pain
root of self-assassination
root of all that thee can imagine
is a mind that's gone insane
the root of a collapsing tree
that seems to grow so endlessly
could we establish that we feed it
when we let rain cover thee
for thy fear is human curse
and life is meant for us to break it
do not let thy fear attack thee
and thy life will be amazing
