Fear

Knock. Knock.

Whose there?

It's your worst nightmare.

No, not again. I can't do it anymore. Stop. No more.

Why? Why must you show up at the most inopportune times when I can't control you.

Stop. No more.

Knock. Knock.

No! Go away! Leave me alone.

No! you have to see the side no one thinks is beautiful.

Don't you see? Its ugly, horrid, treacherous. Every part of you.

Stop! no on can ever see this. Its not me, its not who I am.

Knock. Knock.

Go away!

NO. You need to see. You need to see how disgusting you are. It's gross.

Stop. Leave me alone.

NO! Look! See yourself for who you really are. No one sees beauty.

Look! Look! Look!

FINE! Just leave me alone. Please.

Only what you see isn't ugly. You see tears, pain, suffering, hurt.

You see a girl who only dreams that it could go away.

Knock. Knock.

Whose there?

It's me again. Do you see? Do you see how disgusting you are?

Yes. I see. Now please. Leave me alone.

Knock. Knock.

Day after day. Month after month. And year after year. You will know just how gross you are.

Leave me alone!

Knock. Knock.

What do you want?!

I just want you to see. Do you see?

Yes. I see.

You're ruining me.
