Fear

My fear.
It's made plotting my downfall into a career.
It drags me into the darkness when hope gets near.
It destroys anything I hold dear.
It would let my minds be clear.
But I have to remember to the future will always be unclear.
I might cost me a tear.
I might take me a year.
But I need to let courage steer.
