Learn to not let fear

Control you or your life 

For when you live in fear

You are never fully here

Never fully present in each moment 

Stressing over the future

Ruins the present moment you’re in

For the future will always be unknown

So no amount of fear 

No amount of worry or stress

Will ever change the outcome 

For better or positive 

The only thing it does 

Is disturb your present peace

And bring in negative thoughts

So remember this 

As fear starts to come into your body 

Remember that your fear 

Does nobody any good

So why let it control everything

Learn to not listen to the fear

Learn to overcome it 

For you will never be able 

To live your dreams

If you keep letting fear hold you back
