fear

fear comes pouring in

the heart isn´t physically bleeding out

but mentally my limbs are goo

nothing but a cold unpleasant slimy substance

Don´t cause you can´t

you won´t win

your being delusional

your insane if you try it

how many thoughts float around your head

how many thoughts keeps you awake when tucked into bed

the images on media and all the body shamming is done and said

time to put it all behind us

the thing that stops you  and holds you back

the thing that takes control

the thing that treies to win

the thing is just a thing called fear
