Fear is a Liar

Fear a four-letter word that holds so much power.

The power to hold you back or motivate you.

How does one overcome fear?

For me to face my fears, I look at the problem head on.

Fear is a motivation.

Motivation to overcome an obstacle and come out stronger.

When I feel like my fear is taking over, I keep pushing forward.

I know facing my fears produces perseverance.

I know I will become a stronger person.

I know I can overcome the problem that lies ahead.

Fear is a liar.
