fears and tears

I try to see a light that does not seem to exist

The pain is deep and I’m trying to resist

Smiles is what they see

When in fact I’m drowning in a sea that goes on for miles

In contemplation

Do I want to live?

I have nothing left to give

There’s a strong temptation

...

I’m no no longer falling down

I stand tall and wear a crown

I have a strong drive

I will survive.
