Federal Reserve of Smiles

What if smiles were traded like currency?

Service with a smile is a requisite

Not a nicety

Government bailouts

Would nevermore distribute unevenly

Vibes are consistent

Zeal is flourishing

Statistics grinning

Crecent vessels of hope make the world go round
