That Feeling

I hate that feeling I get from time to time

It feels like im not even worth a dime

constantly putting a smile on like everything is okay

but it is really hard to keep my faith

day after day I walk the halls

looking at these fal=ke litle barbie dolls

with their make up and so called perfect lives

if only they could see the pain in the real girls eyes

a real girl like me

who problem arent as small as a pea

a real girl who wants to meet a real guy

who is actually worth my time

im not in a rush to feel this thing called "love"

but my feelings are as precious as a dove

so you can say im just a normal teenager

stressed with so much anger

waiting for someone to care for me

instead of coming just to flea

i guess ill just wait for faith

to bring me that special day

when ill be free to feel that thing called love

and someone will finally treat me like their precious dove
