Feeling

I don't know what to think, how to act and how to feel A mindful emotion that feels so real The worst feelings to ever be felt It pulls me back and drowns me 6 feet under It belittled me and makes the worst expectations Leaving me in fear and confused I run short out of breath as waves of unwanted memories hit my mind I can't run from these feelings so I end up crying myself to sleep Because these feelings they hit me way too deep
