Feeling

It seems that I have gone into a coma

I can move and go about

but I can not feel

What can explain this paraplegic notion

I blink once for yes

I blink twice for no

often I grow weary and lock my eyes

leaving my desires hanging in balance

I move my legs when I must go

leaving my life without destination

when I wake up from this coma I'll be too tired to speak

so I will return to this deep sleep
