The feeling I choose.

Dear Depression,

You're that feeling. That inky black cant forget you feeling. That feeling when you don't want to be by yourself because of your own thoughts feeling. That feeling that sneaks up on you about once a month feeling. That feeling that made you do reckless things and hurt your own mother feeling. That feeling that got you into an addiction you almost couldn't quit feeling. That I spread my legs for men not worthy just to feel enough feeling. That I HATE YOU SO MUCH feeling.

I'm better....Atleast till you come back next month.

No.

Not anymore. Not that feeling. Not next month. I choose this feeling.

This my hearts so full of love it's going to burst feeling. This I finally know my self worth feeling. This sunflower and Sunday morning kisses feeling. This I have a future I have to work for feeling. This I want to be all better feeling. This I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU feeling. This please never go away feeling.

I choose you. I always choose this feeling.
