The feelings.

The feelings inside me

they run around like little children with no worries

they are happy and fun want to be everywhere

but now they are older they are starting to see the world how it is

they are sad they feel trapped

i feel trapped

i feel as if theres no way out

but the world spins anyway

you find yourself still living

still breathing..

still striving to be the same little kid you remember

those amazing careless feelings

but you cant turn back time

you cant change the past

all you can do is forget

forget what made you trapped

forget whats trapping you in the present

and finally be free.

and when you feel that

dont go back

keep moving forward and keep your head up

the world needs you

thats what ive been taught

no matter what it throws at you

just remember someone loves you.

someones watching over you.

no matter what you think

or the way you feel

theres never the reason to let it all go

you have more ahead of you than you think

we need you to help change the world

we need your story

we need you alive.
