FEELINGS

Feelings will make you walk on air

And also put tingles in your toes

They can make you feel warmth all over

They can also make your heart glow

Some feelings can cause you to act silly

And some can make you feel devine

A very special gift from Him

A special gift that very few find

His special gifts from high above

Are the parts of life that keep us going

Are the special parts of life called love

A 68 year old who was housewife & mother. I was married for 47 years, until my husband died. We had 2 sons. Our oldest died when he was 23 years old. Our 2nd son has given us a granddaughter, who we adopted & lived with us from when she was only 9 months old! I am a simple person.

Thank you. Does this help it flow better?

Nice poem, but you need a few more syllables in some of the lines to help it flow better.
